“God help us.” Are these the words uttered by Scotland Yard inspector Aberline (Hugo Weaving) after seeing Lawrence Talbot (Benicio Del Toro) run rampant through the streets of London as the Wolfman?  Or perhaps the fearful cry of the film’s producers after seeing the final cut of the film?  Probably both.
